111rr Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 111rr website at https://111rr.io, its mobile-optimised web experience, and all services made available through those interfaces.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has completed the 111rr registration process and whose account has been activated by the Operator.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Member on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), excluding any locked or pending bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback credits, or VIP reward credits awarded to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• "Game Providers" means the third-party software licensors whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "VIP Programme" means the 111rr five-tier loyalty scheme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite) under which Members earn loyalty points and unlock tier-specific benefits.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or under the Operator's internal compliance policy.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the 111rr Platform or by completing the registration process, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You accept sole responsibility for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 111rr platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 111rr reserves the right to request official government-issued identity documentation at any time to verify a Member's age. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending review, and accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed with any uninvested balance returned in accordance with Section 13.

3.2 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 111rr reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. Creating or operating more than one Account — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 111rr will suspend all related accounts, conduct an investigation, and may permanently close accounts and forfeit associated balances where abuse is confirmed.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

111rr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. Members may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or utility bill — at any stage of their membership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 111rr may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal rights.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You must notify 111rr support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 111rr will never request your password through any communication channel.

4.2 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Sharing your account credentials with any third party.
• Allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any software to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, display bugs, or pricing errors in the Platform.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy to disguise your geographic location.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. 111rr reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to inactive account balances once the inactivity period has elapsed, subject to the balance not reaching zero. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be permanently closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

111rr currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and direct Bank Transfer. All deposits are credited to your Account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although 111rr reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming settings or compliance requirements.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account balance within 90 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank Transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to process. 111rr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, Members should contact support with proof of transaction before initiating a new deposit attempt.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).
• The Member must have wagered a minimum of 1x their cumulative deposit amount before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 90 minutes for verified accounts; Rocket and bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• VIP Gold tier members and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing with target resolution times disclosed in the VIP tier schedule.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 111rr does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the Member's end (e.g., when using an internationally issued payment card) is the Member's sole responsibility and associated fees are borne by the Member.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only. General Terms apply in all other respects.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

111rr operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Behaviour considered abusive includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, withdrawing funds before meeting wagering requirements, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal house exposure, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers in coordination with other Members. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided, their account suspended, and any resulting winnings forfeited.

6.4 VIP Programme Bonuses

Weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and exclusive tournament entries offered through the 111rr VIP Programme are subject to the VIP Programme terms applicable to each tier. VIP Programme terms are published in the VIP section of the Member's account dashboard and may be updated from time to time with notice provided via email to affected Members.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the 111rr sportsbook are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Member's sole responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, odds, and stake amount — before confirming a wager. Requests to cancel, amend, or void a confirmed bet will not be accepted except in circumstances where 111rr determines at its sole discretion that a palpable error has occurred.

7.2 Odds & Market Suspension

111rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any betting market at any time without prior notice, including in-play markets. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Account balance. Odds displayed are indicative and may change between the time a bet is added to a bet slip and the time it is confirmed — the odds accepted at the point of confirmation are final.

7.3 Palpable Errors

In the event that odds are published as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to data feed errors, system errors, or human input errors), 111rr reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds and to return the stake to the Member's Account. "Palpable error" is determined at the sole discretion of 111rr and applies regardless of whether the event has been settled.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

111rr applies maximum single-event and maximum single-day winnings limits. These limits are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform and may vary by sport, market type, and Member tier. Any winnings in excess of the published maximum will be reduced to the applicable limit at the time of settlement.

7.5 Integrity & Match Fixing

111rr cooperates fully with sporting governing bodies and law enforcement agencies in relation to the investigation of match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of competition manipulation. Members found to have knowingly placed bets on events subject to any form of corruption or manipulation — whether or not the Member was personally involved in the manipulation — will have related bets voided and their accounts permanently suspended.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the 111rr Platform are operated by licensed third-party Game Providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Each game is governed by its own individual rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for reviewing game rules before play.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is disclosed in the game information panel within the 111rr slots lobby. Live casino table limits — minimum and maximum bet per round — are displayed on the table selection screen. 111rr does not operate any proprietary casino games and does not modify the RNG systems of any Game Provider.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 111rr Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, icons, software code, and game assets supplied by Game Providers — is the intellectual property of 111rr or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Platform software; or use any automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111rr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by the Member.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to the Member's Account where the Member failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Technical malfunctions in game software operated by third-party Game Providers.
• Inaccuracies in odds or market data caused by third-party data feeds.

111rr's total cumulative liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Operator-Initiated Closure

111rr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Account belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Account held by a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory or compliance requirement affecting the Member's jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any associated Balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Member wrongdoing, the Member's real-money Balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds) will be returned within 10 business days via the Member's last used withdrawal method.

13.2 Member-Initiated Closure

Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting 111rr support. Upon account closure request, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any withdrawable Balance will be processed within 10 business days. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash will be forfeited upon closure.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from a bet settlement, bonus calculation, withdrawal processing, or any other Platform matter, the Member should first contact 111rr customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including the relevant transaction ID, bet ID, or account reference number.

111rr will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aims to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. During the dispute review period, the disputed funds or bets will be placed on hold. The outcome of 111rr's internal dispute resolution process is final and binding in all cases not subject to a formal regulatory escalation procedure.

Where a Member is dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute process, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority under whose jurisdiction 111rr operates. Contact details for the applicable authority are available upon request by emailing [email protected].

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111rr holds its international gaming licence. The exact governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the licensing information available upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence. Members in Bangladesh are reminded that they are solely responsible for confirming the legal status of online gambling participation under applicable local law before using the Platform.

16 Amendments

111rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, 111rr will provide notice via email to the registered address on file and will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If a Member does not accept updated Terms, they must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the new Terms. Continued play after the effective date is treated as unambiguous acceptance.
